It is made in the KP style; fresh, aromatic, elegant, restrained. This wine is made here on Waiheke by Randal. The fruit is grown in Gisborne in a certified organic vineyard, hand picked, pressed, cooled down and transported (chilled) to Waiheke. It is fermented in old French barrels and aged in these barrels for 12 months. No malolactic fermentation is allowed making this wine focused and refreshing.
